Compuware Corporation is presently in a proposal phase for a large, multi-year, highly complex .NET application project for one of our clients in Orange County. At its peak, we anticipate that the team size will swell to 30 team members. The mimimum project duration is forecasted at 2 years, with a possibility of up to 5 years!!

Starting off, the intial team key players will number about 12 people and will consist of high level individuals who are excellent verbal and written client interface skills. This will be a fun project utilizing leading edge technologies. Consequently, we are looking for individuals who are top performers in their area of expertise—people who have a high degree of ambition and who want to get ahead!

We are seeking a .NET Technical Lead. Following are required and desired skill sets:

• Required: C#, .Net 2.0, SQL 2005, code review, experience leading the development on at least 2 large enterprise systems with a team of 15-20 developers, SOA, web development (ASP.Net, AJAX…), Visual Studio 2005, Team Foundation Server, WF, WCF, WPF, Web Services Specifications (WS-*), Enterprise Library, Software Factories, IIS, experience with iterative or agile SDLC, knowledge of Rational Tools, knowledge of: Workflow Foundation (WF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Nice to have: Microsoft Groove, Business Process Management, TIBCO, Certifications .Net, Interoperability, experience with property tax systems or financial systems
• Min 7 years in IT
• Min 5 years in .Net
