Compuware Corporation are presently in a proposal phase for a large, multi-year, highly complex .NET application project for one of our clients in Orange County. At its peak, we anticipate that the team size will swell to 30 team members. The mimimum project duration is forecasted at 2 years, with a possibility of up to 5 years!!

Starting off, the intial team key players will number about 12 people and will consist of high level individuals who are excellent verbal and written client interface skills. We are looking for individuals who are top performers in their area of expertise—people who have a high degree of ambition and who want to get ahead!

The top player is a Solution/Application Architect in .NET. Following are required and desired skill sets:

• Required: .Net 2.0, SQL 2005, Microsoft Technologies, Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Architects, Team Foundation Server, SOA, Enterprise Application Integration, Microsoft Solutions Framework, SDLC, Enterprise Library, Software Factories, excellent communication skills, design patterns, UML, Visio, web development (ASP.Net, AJAX…), knowledge of Rational Tools, Web Services Specifications (WS-*), IIS, experience with iterative or agile SDLC, experience leading the design of at least 2 large enterprise systems, knowledge of: Workflow Foundation (WF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Nice to have: Microsoft Groove, Business Process Management, TIBCO, Certifications .Net, Interoperability, experience with property tax systems or financial systems, UDDI
• Min 7 years in IT
• Min 3 years in Architecture

We would prefer to hire this individual as our full-time employee, but we will also consider hourly candidates as well.
