We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Position Description: Due to client requirements, we are seeking local southern California candidates to perform the following duties:

Design, code, document, test and implement and support web based applications using client standards
Work with vendors to deliver system enhancements to business users
Work with DBAs to develop database tables and access
Maintain and modify existing systems to ensure that systems function efficiently and accurately to meet system requirements and customer needs
Work with business users under project lead guidance to develop system requirements
Analyze computer programs or business problems with project lead to define problem and plan for resolution
Estimate effort for individual tasks or programs
Provide leadership to the business areas for the planning and usage of technology with team lead guidance
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems and take necessary corrective action where appropriate or suggest alternative courses of action.
Perform other duties as required or requested

Required Skills SQL Server, .NET, ASP, Windows client network, Web Server, IIS, experience with FTP and scripting languages. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience with program specifications and systems analysis (or equivalent)

Desired Skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills to succinctly communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel

Compensation - $70 - 75K/yr. as a permanent employee of Compuware or $40 - 42/hr. as a W2 contract employee.
