The successful candidate will have experience developing commercial software products and/or enterprise level solutions.

Position is based in Irvine, California.

Skills:
• Strong analytical, communications, and problem-solving ability
• Web application development
• Advanced database design
• Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows, and team development practices
• Working knowledge of database normalization concepts
• Proficiency developing the major SQL Server database objects
• Prior experience in creating Stored Procedures, SQL scripts, and DTS Packages
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Highly organized

Environment: (Required Skills): VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET 2.0, SQL Server, Microsoft.Net, Visual Studio 2003 or 2005

Quality of communications is a key aspect of the job. The FieldConnect Development Engineering group is a highly-collaborative team. The successful Senior Developer candidate will be a credible technical mentor who is able to effectively use verbal and written communications as a catalyst for the team’s design, documentation, coding, and problem-solving efforts.

FieldConnect is a creative and fast paced team environment that at times depends on the leadership initiative and personal flexibility of team members to meet the important needs of our customers. With a broad line of products and an explosion of customer demand, the work is challenging, however the opportunities for learning and potential for sharing in the company’s success are great!

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; BS or equivalent in technical field required.

Experience:
1-2+ Years programming
1-2+ Years Experience in Microsoft .Net
Commercial software products and/or enterprise solutions

Experience with Microsoft GP and SL (formerly Great Plains and Solomon) or Timberline, applications a plus.
