We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

* 2 -3 years experience programming in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
* A prior history of programming in higher level languages such as C/C++/Java (our client is passing on developers with historical backgrounds programming in Visual Basic)
* Logical thinking intellect, mathematical background helpful (client administers a conceptual thinking test similar to what one might find on this URL: http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~kns10/interview/)
* Articulative, charismatic, succinct communication style (verbal and written) - ability to get to the point quickly
