Seeking a developer to aid in development of innovative, complex, high quality and maintainable software solutions using Microsoft technology.

· Developer will participate in business requirements gathering

· Develop functional and technical specifications

· Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions

· Design, code, test, debug, maintain and document applications

· Provide support for test phases and implementation

· Provide project estimates

· May design and create prototypes

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in computer science or the equivalent and 4+ years progressive experience in applications development.

· Experience with analysis, design, coding, testing and debugging with Microsoft .NET based programs that facilitate and manage business operational applications.

· Experience creating reliable and secure desktop applications for Windows required. C# and/or Visual Basic programming in .NET required; ASP.NET experience a plus.

· Understanding of relational database design and Structured Query Language (SQL); Database knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle experience is required.

· Experience with the .NET development components

· Experience creating both dynamic Web content and Web server applications that use Internet protocols and data formats

· Excellent communication – verbal and written

· Sharepoint a plus.
